A Message from Fr. Hakob

Dear Parishioners and Friends,

As you all know, the coronavirus continues to spread and affect many people and because of it, our lives have been changed, including many areas of our church life. Montgomery County, where our church is located, has been especially touched by the virus.

Below, we are sharing with you a message from our Primate, His Grace Bishop Daniel Findikyan, in which he recommends that all non-liturgical events be postponed until at least Easter.

Please note that tomorrow, March 15, Badarak will be celebrated at our church. However, those faithful who prefer not to attend church out of concern for their own health and welfare or for that of the greater population are strongly urged to stay home. A separate directive from the Primate will give us guidance for future weeks of church.

We will do our best to communicate any and all news as we learn it, and further ask our parishioners to stay connected to those people who do not receive electronic mail to keep them informed as well. If you know of people who are elderly or frail and living on their own, please stay connected to them for any needs they may have.

If you have any concerns of importance or necessity, please contact me.

With prayers,
Rev. Fr. Hakob Gevorgyan
