“…and the singers, as with one voice…raised their voices in praise to the Lord and sang: ‘He is good; His love endures forever’
(2 Chron 5:13)

The Choir is made up of individuals who love God, who love the church and who love to sing; and because of their commitment, our church is the beneficiary. They deeply appreciate the generous accolades bestowed on them which encourages them to do their best, with special acknowledgment to Der Hakob Gevorgyan who is an inspiration to them.

They participate in the Divine Liturgy every Sunday of the year, as well as all special services that take place. To the best of their ability, they sing the variables of the day and strive to enhance – with their music – the worship experience for every parishioner.

Many members have served for upwards of forty years, and some are approaching 60 years of service in the choir. In addition to being long-time choir members and long-time former Choir Directors, Berj Yeretzian and Albert Kapeghian, of blessed memory, also served as Chair of the Armenian Church Choir Association of America.

New members of any age who enjoy singing are always welcome to join the Choir. For further information, any of the names listed above can be contacted.
