Our Church was the recent beneficiary of a two-apartment property that was bequeathed to us by the Estate of Vartouhi Hacikian. Fr. Hakob and the Parish Council were in unanimous agreement that both apartments should be renovated from their broken-down condition to modern up-scale apartments which could be rented out, thus providing the Church with an ongoing source of income.
